Neill Hunt

Executive Director, Innovation, Element Six

Element Six, a subsidiary of De Beers and Anglo American, is a world-leading synthetic diamond and supermaterials manufacturer. Neill is responsible for new product development, long-term R&D, engineering development, applications testing and support, and intellectual property. He joined in 2013 as head of corporate strategy before assuming senior management roles in R&D. Before joining, Neill was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and a corporate strategist at Equinor. He has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar. In between, he served as an infantry officer in the British Army.

Phil Deschamps

Phil Deschamps

President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Helius Medical Technologies

Phil joined Helius Medical Technologies in 2013. He has more than 33 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare commercialization gained at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) and as CEO of GSW Worldwide and, later, at MediMedia Health. He is a leader in developing new global business models for the healthcare industry, including outsourcing solutions that seek to increase commercialization effectiveness and increase resource flexibility while reducing risk and driving efficiency and cost reduction. His experience is guiding Helius in its development and acquisition of noninvasive treatments designed to help patients affected by neurological symptoms caused by disease or trauma.

Richard Traherne

Chief Commercial Officer, Cambridge Consultants

Richard is responsible for global business growth and client relationship strategy. He specializes in working closely with clients to grow their business through effective innovation. With a background in telecommunication technology, Richard held R&D and general management roles in both consultancy and product manufacturing organizations, focused on breakthrough technology for international markets. He joined Cambridge Consultants in 2003 and led the wireless division for a decade.

Eric Wilkinson

Chief Executive Officer, Cambridge Consultants

Since Eric became CEO in 2017, the company has grown revenues and profits by more than 25%, opened a £20M state-of-the-art building in Cambridge UK, moved into new premises in Singapore and added two divisions on the West Coast of the US. Before becoming CEO, Eric spent six years as COO, responsible for all operational, contractual and HR aspects of the business. Prior to joining the Board Eric led the Products and Systems division across sectors as diverse as transport systems, defence & security and consumer products. Eric is also on the Executive Committee of owner Altran, and is part of the NextCore group, a collaborative team of high impact Altran companies.

Tim Ensor

Head of Artificial Intelligence, Cambridge Consultants

Tim is responsible for Cambridge Consultants’ global AI capability. He works with clients across market sectors to help them succeed by identifying, developing and deploying world-changing innovation based on artificial intelligence. Tim has had a string of commercial leadership roles in high-growth technology and consulting businesses. He’s worked globally in fields that include telecoms, energy, consumer goods and logistics.
